Sometimes it is hard to know what questions you should be asking after diagnosis. We put together a list of general questions that we feel you will want answers to. Feel free to ask us these questions at your visits, as well as any others that you may think of.

  • What stage is my cancer?  Has it spread to other parts of my body?
  • Would you explain my treatment options?  What clinical trials are there?

  • How will this treatment affect my daily life?  Will I be able to work, exercise, and perform my usual activities?
  • Will this treatment affect my ability to become pregnant or have children?
  • What can I do to help reduce or manage my symptoms or side effects of treatment I might have?
  • What long-term side effects may be associated with my cancer treatment?

  • How much will my treatment cost me?
  • When will I be billed?
  • What if my finances do not allow me to pay my bill in full?
